BMWE Europe Batch 1: A Strategic Milestone in Global MSME Competitiveness

BMWE Europe Batch 1 – A Proud Milestone
I am truly honored and grateful to be selected as one of the MSME participants in the prestigious BMWE Europe Batch 1 Program.

The BMWE Europe (Business Management for Women Entrepreneurs – Europe) program is an international capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen the competitiveness, leadership, and global market readiness of MSMEs. This program is implemented in collaboration with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), with strong facilitation and technical support from the CEFE Team as the implementing support partner.

Over the course of three intensive weeks from January 19 to February 5, 2026 — the program was conducted in Germany, offering a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. Participants engaged in:

Advanced business management training
Industry visits and company benchmarking
Networking sessions with German companies and institutions
Cross-cultural business exchange
Strategic discussions on innovation, sustainability, and internationalization

With the structured CEFE methodology approach, the learning process became highly practical, participatory, and action-oriented, encouraging us to think strategically, challenge our business models, and prepare for global expansion.

This program not only enhanced our business knowledge and strategic thinking but also expanded our global perspective and professional network across Europe.

Being part of this first batch has been an incredible journey of learning, collaboration, and growth. It was inspiring to stand alongside fellow entrepreneurs who share the same vision of scaling their businesses beyond borders.

Thank you for this very valuable and challenging opportunity.
